Jonny, Laura and Mai are planning to walk barefoot over a bed of red-hot coals to help raise funds to keep a local Camden charity open.

The charity Women + Health https://www.womenandhealth.org.uk/ offers low cost treatments like reiki, life coaching, massage, acupuncture, osteopathy and reflexology, therapeutic gardening, yoga, mindfulness and healthy baking for people in Camden. Their ethos is that good health embraces body, mind and spirit and so the services offered reflect this holistic approach.

It has been running since the 70s in a beautiful terraced building on Carol Street, and we'd love to keep their doors open as long as possible so more women can benefit from their great work.
