I'm raising money to support Groundwork Leeds who work to help some of our most vulnerable individuals through nature and environment related initiatives.

Step by step we’ll go on changing places and changing lives until everywhere is vibrant and green, every community is strong enough to shape its own destiny and everyone can reach their potential. 

We've been working for more than 25 years where we’re needed most – on the ground in communities across Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees, delivering hundreds of projects every year. 

Groundwork Leeds runs a variety of projects that tackle social isolation such as the Men In Sheds project where older men can come together to do woodwork, the Green4Go project that supports people with mental health problems and learning disabilities engage with their local communities through environmental regeneration work and Urban Rangers, a project that supports young people to connect with nature through being active."
