We are all taking part in the 4 x 4x 48 challenge. 4 miles. every 4 hours. For 48 hours. Yes you did read that right! It’s all for a number of brilliant charities so any donations would be greatly appreciated. 

I will be running for St Rocco’s Hospice, a charity close to my heart in my hometown of Warrington. They provide specialist care to those with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. The hospice is very dependent on fundraising and with having to cancel all public events income has been seriously affected. I’ve seen first hand through my mum working for them for over 20 years and volunteering for them myself just how crucial the services they provide are. It costs £4.2 million each year to keep the doors of St. Rocco's open and l can only support them to do this with your help!
