Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far, feeling tight and aching but I think it's just the nerves! Not long to go now!

Dear all,

I wont bother you with a begging letter just the specifics.

I am running the London marathon in April 2011 to raise funds and awareness of Autism for the National Autistic Society as most of you will know my eldest son Charlie was Diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2.

Since finding out we have received a lot of help, support and advice from the NAS and I have decided to try and repay some of that!

For more information on Autism and the NAS please visit www.autism.org.uk

I know these are difficult times and money is tight but any contribution would be most welcome!

On behalf of Charlie thanks for your support!

Russ.
