Cardiff University has two areas for fundraising, 'Mental Health & Neuroscience Research' and 'Cancer Research', both of which have affected loved ones of mine in the past. In 2017 I ran for 'Cancer Research', this time, I'm running for 'Mental Health & Neuroscience Research'.

I have teamed with my fantastic colleague and fellow runner Andrew Westwell and between us we are raising funds for BOTH research areas.
