London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

The MPS Society provides specialist support to children, adults and families in the UK who are affected by MPS, Fabry and related lysosomal storage diseases and we fund research into treatment and therapies. These diseases are rare, genetic, life-limiting conditions with no cure.

Story

The Society for Mucopolysaccharide Disease (MPS Society) is a small but powerful charity which helps children and adults all over the UK. The MPS Society provides support to families affected by rare, life-limiting genetic conditions. I have worked closely with a pupil for the last few years who has been supported and cared for by The MPS Society.

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to run The 2020 London Marathon to raise money and awareness for this fantastic cause. With your donations, the MPS Society will continue to grow by investing in new treatments and therapies, broadening their research and providing a wider range of care to families.
