In January 2018 our 8 year-old nephew Thomas was diagnosed with a terminal brain disease called Adrenoleukodystrophy. Sadly, in June this year, Thomas lost his battle. During his illness Ty Hafan provided immeasurable care and support for Thomas and the whole family. 

Ty Hafan relies on fundraising to be able to provide the best care and support to life-limited children and their families.
