To everyone who has donated and given us support or cheered us on so far, thankyou!  Thankyou thankyou thankyou! You have all been so kind to us and I hope that we will make you all proud this weekend.  We are at the moment all packing our gear and getting ready for the off.  I shall be travelling with the guys down to Eastbourne later today, (Friday), so we will be ready to ride very first thing in the morning Saturday.  I shan't be able to give you too many updates along the way via this forum, but if you are on our facebook pages you will be able to see the slow and inexorable collapse of our senses of humour as the miles progress via our respective facebook pages.  We will update through the magic of the smart phone!

This is a bigger challenge than last time so I'm hoping to raise a thousand pounds for Diabetes!  The route is going to be from one end of the South Downs way to the other, turn around and return!  Same format as before, but just over a much larger distance.

Alex suffers from Diabetes and over the years he's going to need a lot of support from the charity and from friends too, so this is a personal challenge for him.  The money we raise on this ride is going to DIRECTLY help a really nice guy, so come on and dig deep for him and all who suffer from this disease!  Tell your mates, your family, your work mates and anyone else who's in earshot!  Facebook is huge and I'm hoping that everyone there will link to this site to spread the word for the challenge.

300 kilometers in less than 24 hours riding time!  THREE HUNDRED!  That's a long way!  Gotta be worth some pennies eh?
