After a year-long battle with cancer, and typically pragmatic until the end, Tina Hankinson sadly passed away on the 26th July 2020 at The Christie Hospital in Manchester.

She was a kind and loving wife, mother, nanna and friend and will be greatly missed. She was also a research scientist for many years and we therefore ask that any contributions be made to Cancer Research UK in order to continue their life-saving work.
