Crohns and Colitis are imflammatory bowel diseases which there is currently no cure for. As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Crohns disease and have been battling with it since 2011.

Since being diagnosed I have been working to raise as much awareness and money for these diseases as I can and have decided to walk a 10K in London. So I need your Money, Money, Money....
