Story

On 3rd October, myself, my brother Chris and the husband Lewis, will be challenging ourselves to run a Half Marathon, every Saturday throughout October. (Oh and the last run will be on the 31st Oct, so this mean Halloween and it will also mean we have to be in fancy-dress)

We would like to raise as much money as possible for an amazing Charity, when I say close to my heart, I actually genuinely mean that. Without them over the past few months I'm not quiet sure how I/we would have coped.

Our story isn't ready to share yet, but we are on the bumpy road to recovery. All ask is that I would love each and everyone of my friends and family to support us on this journey, help spread the word that whatever you're going through, you're not alone with your mental health.

You can all support us by wearing something Yellow each Saturday of October, using #HelloYellow and sharing your pictures.

If you see us out give us a toot or encouragement as we will need all the pushing...If you take a snap of us be sure to share on social with the hashtag.

Anyone can join our team and take place where ever you are, by getting involved this year, you will help raise vital funds for YoungMinds so they can help even more young people and their families at a time when its most needed.

Thanks,

Chris, Lewis & Sam xx
