On Saturday the 8th of September I, along with three work colleagues, will be walking 100km from Putney to Henley nonstop.

I will be raising money for MIND High Wycombe, a mental health charity.

For over 100 years, Mind has been a trusted charity working to support and represent people with mental health problems living across the country by providing high quality services.

As some of you may know, mental illness is something that has directly affected my family, and is very close to my heart. any donations that you give would be greatly appreciated.
