5mile training run completed today. Also received my official team Macmillan green vest, I'll be wearing it on my next run (4 miles on Tuesday)

Many thanks to everyone who has sponsored me! Training is getting real now - I have a 12 week plan starting on Tuesday. 2 miles Tues, 2 miles Thurs, 5 miles Sat is my goal.

Just completed a 10k training run! First time I have gone the race distance. Don't ask about the time though, it was rubbish!
