Hey guys! 

So in my slight burst of enthusiasm I signed myself up for a triathlon for charity! I did give myself half a chance and am just doing the sprint so its 400m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run. It may not sound like a lot but I'm pretty sure I'll be requiring some form of resuscitation at the end of it! I'd really appreciate any donation you can give as I have to try and reach the £200 minimum asap!
