Hi everyone!

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm running the Cardiff 10k on the 8th September in order to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. I'm not a natural runner so i'm having to work hard for this one! 

Dementia is an extremely common disease - 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 will develop the condition. Although I have no personal connection, I wanted to support the Alzheimer's Society and the great work that they do. Please donate for a deserving cause - even if it's just a pound! Every little helps :)
