Every penny will help make medical environments, such as hospices, waiting rooms and children's wards calmer, more colourful and less intimidating spaces. The charity also provide participatory activities to allow patients and families to express themselves through art. I'm passionate that for patients who are at their most vulnerable, art can be a powerful tool in supporting health care, creating a safe platform for self expression and creating environments which are people focused.

Let's not forget the person within the patient. We need to look after mental health and wellbeing to support recovery.

Art in Healthcare brings art to medical and care facilities. We transform healthcare environments with works of art from our extensive collection of modern art. We also work in partnership to develop and deliver art workshops for people with health and care needs.
