Downs syndrome is caused by the presence of an extra copy of chromosome 21. We have therefore come up with a selection of challenges for you all based on the number 21!

The Towcestarians Roses Rugby team is taking part in Challenge 21 by doing 21 squats everyday for 21 days as well as wearing odd socks for our Rugby match on 19th March 2023 ahead of Down Syndrome Awareness week (20th-26th March).
