Story
Paul Sartori have played a huge part in my family's lives at various points over the years. Sadly like many family's we have had our fair share of loss. When my both aunt and my grandmother were nearing the end of their fight against cancer they both wanted to pass away at home with family near them.
The team at Paul Sartori made this possible, I am sure that having their wishes respected made it easier for all concerned. Paul Sartori arranged everything and were superb. It will be my honour to wear the Paul Sartori logo on my race top when I take part in the following events :
Llanelli half marathon
London Landmarks half marathon
Long Course Wales Swim and half marathon
Swansea half marathon
Tenby 10k
Saundersfoot triathlon
Cardiff half marathon
I know money is tight and we all have bills to pay, but this is a genuine Pembrokeshire based charity who do amazing work and I'm sure we all know someone who have been assisted by them.
Thank you xxx
PSF was initiated in May 1981 by a group of Father Paul Sartori’s parishioners, a much loved local priest, who died at the age of 38 in 1980. The Foundation was set up as Father Sartori had recognised a need for hospice care in Pembrokeshire, but unfortunately he became ill himself and died from cancer before the Foundation was formed. Despite these origins, PSF has no religious affiliations and services have always been available to all, its mission is "to provide sustainable services which promote good end of life care in Pembrokeshire"
