Sarah was taken from us on 9th August 2013 after a brief illness. 

She was the most loving, caring and supportive person anyone could ever want to meet, putting everyone else first before herself. 

Her body and infectious laughter left us way too early but those of us she touched in life will keep her with us for the rest of our lives. There's more than one way to live forever. 

During her final days she was cared for in Southampton General Hospital by teams who couldn't have done more to make her feel comfortable and special.  Her family and friends would like to recognise this and donate something to the Oncology or Intensive Care Unit in her memory.  If you would like to contribute to this please don't forget to indicate if you would like them to claim the Gift Aid.
