Hi! My name is Savannah Silva and with the help of Fontbonne University, I will be learning more about leadership, mentorship, grit, and self-care. During the next 2 semesters, we will be meeting and engaging deeper in the depths of these topics, which will help me to improve my leadership skills on and off campus. At the end of the Fall semester we will be traveling to Walt Disney World to complete the Disney Youth Education Series: College Edition program, where we will have the opportunity to attend classes taught by Disney Educators, showing how Walt Disney World incorporates these aspects throughout their organization. After the trip, I will be able to bring all of these concepts back with me and start implementing them in the organizations that I am a part of.
