Fundraising for The Green Standards Trust
Story

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Green Standards Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
The Green Standards Trust (Reg. Charity No. 1099665) runs a programme called School in a Box (www.greenstandards.org) each 40ft container contains furniture, IT and stationery equipment to support educational provisions in developing countries/impoverished regions. This year we have 2 School in a Boxes planned - Romania and China, the funds raised will support shipping costs, packaging materials etc. Each School in a Box costs approximately £4000.00 to prepare, pack and ship (depending on destination) and all the funds raised from this campaign will support the ongoing SIB programme.
This September one of the founders of the Green Standards Trust - Alan Cooper will be attempting a Solo summit of Mt Blanc in Switzerland. If you would like to sponsor Alan's attempt please donate generously through this just giving page as all funds raised will support the SIB's to China and Romania!!!
