This November, I’m taking on the 3K a Day Challenge for Lung Cancer Awareness Month, completing 90km over 30 days in loving memory of my dad, who sadly passed away from lung cancer in May 2023 after a long and hard-fought battle.

I’m raising money for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, the UK’s only charity dedicated solely to lung cancer. They fund vital research, support patients and families, and help improve early diagnosis to save lives.

I’m taking on this challenge in memory of my dad and to help make a difference for other families affected by this awful disease. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean so much to me and help support this incredible cause.
