Thanks for visting my page...yes I am going to run, not for the bus, train or plane...or the Harvey Nich's sale...but to take part in the British 10K run in London this year!.

yes yes, some of you probably laugh at the face of 10K and run at the speed of a road runner...but for me, its a big thing!!!!

And I am doing it for a a cause that is very close to my heart and would really appreciate your support in raising money for the MS society.

So dig deep, and give me whatever you can spare....
