This is my 2nd year in a row I am delighted to be fundraising for the IRN-BRU 32 Challenge!   LET'S GO TEAM PHENOMENAL 2022!

My challenge is to complete a Cold Water experience with Chilly Dippers with some of the ladies from the office, which will help towards our Mental Health.  

This will include a chance to reconnect with ourselves and nature, and gain an introduction to cold water therapy, wild dipping and breathwork.

Last year we raised over £17,000 for Mental Health UK...  This year we are aiming to raise £20,000! Please could you spare a few pennies towards this great cause, as all monies will go towards Mental Health UK! Thank you!
