Welcome to Team Phenomenal IRN-BRU 32 Challenge 2022 fundraising page in support of Mental Health UK!

As a Team we are hoping to raise a minimum of £32 per member - however we really hope to smash the total from last year so please dig deep and donate as much as you can or share our pages far and wide!

This phenomenal challenge is inspired by IRN-BRU's 32 ingredients. Each person is choosing their own unique challenge related to the number 32.

This could be: run 3.2 miles or km every day, swim 32 lengths, do 32 minutes of a fitness challenge or a random act of kindness every day for 32 days.

With our help, Mental Health UK is able to support more people affected by poor mental health all across the UK at a time when their services are needed more than ever.
