I am running the London Marathon on  22 April, just over 4 weeks away 😬. I have been training hard , in some pretty awful weather recently ❄️☃️💦💨 but luckily I run with a fab group of supportive girls also  training for marathons. Recently I heard about a fantastic local charity, DAVSS, and when reading the following I decided that I would like to support them. 

We help to break the cycle of abuse and help victims of abuse take control of their lives again, making them and their children safe. We run a Helpline every weekday giving immediate safety advice and our dedicated team of trained volunteers also provides individually tailored face-to-face support.
