On Saturday 2nd October me and my husband will be taking part in MAA Foundation's Ingleton Waterfalls trail to raise money for the medical centre they are setting up, where the poor and needy will be able to access free medical aid. 

We have recently experienced the devastation cancer can have on individuals and families. Having previously lost family members to cancer and more recently losing my best friend. Also, my mother in law, Usman's mom recently being diagnosed.
