Please will you help me to raise funds for Safeline by sponsoring my 204 miles summer walk/run challenge?  I've been involved with Safeline locally as a volunteer for a number of years. I help out with their fundraising because I am so impressed with the free specialist support that the charity provides to survivors of sexual abuse and rape - for children sadly from as young as just 3 years old, up to and including adults. Safeline also run great educational and training programmes/activities in order to prevent abuse.  

My challenge over summer is to walk/run at least 204 miles, which is the distance of The Cotswold Way (between Chipping Camden and Bath) and then back again!  I won't be doing the actual route but will record virtual walks and runs towards the total distance on Strava and I will post regular updates/photos to show how far along I have managed to get.  It will be a big challenge for me to mix in some decent distance walks with my running!  I have linked the fitness challenge to British summer time to give it a start and end point, so I will begin tomorrow on 21st June and end it no later than the 22nd September (I am currently - on the 19th August- on track to reach my target miles a month before then, so hopefully by the end of this week)!  Thank you very much in advance to anyone who is willing to sponsor me and to those people who have run or walked some of the distance with me - I really do appreciate all your support!  :-D xxx
