I'm not a runner. Let's make that clear now - I might stretch to a short sprint if I'm late for the train, but that's it! So I'm 4 stone overweight, just been diagnosed with asthma, and have a condition which puts me at high risk of developing diabetes in later life. Somehow my friends convinced me to do this event... so I'm now trying to run 3 times a week, eat healthy and just make it over the finish line!
