It’s 40 yrs since my dad Tommy Palmer B Sqn  22nd  SAS  regiment died in Northen Ireland so  I have decided to run a half marathon in his memory. I have done the 5k Poppy run and the Tommy 10k so thought I’d better up my game if I wanted people to donate again this year.
