Give a loved one a lift

Sian Carnell is raising money for Devon Air Ambulance Trust
In memory of Martyn Radmore
We want beloved family members to be with us at Christmas time - not heading to hospital in one of our helicopters. But when every second counts, our Air Ambulance teams make sure that every minute away from their own families makes a difference.

Story

I'm getting on board with Devon Air Ambulance's Christmas fundraising campaign, because we all want those we care about to be with us at Christmas time - not heading to hospital in one of their helicopters. Anyone who has been airlifted knows that when every second counts, DAA's paramedics, pilots and HEMS dispatchers make sure that every minute can make a real difference. Last year it cost £6.4 million to keep Devon's Air Ambulances flying and our two helicopters airlifted nearly a thousand patients. That's a lot of fundraising support for each person that's airlifted. This Christmas, I'm helping Devon Air Ambulance to meet their target of £2512 - the date of Christmas day - in support of the pilots, paramedics and HEMS dispatchers who are giving up their Christmas Day to help the loved ones of others. With your gift you can help give someone's loved one a lift this Christmas!
