Hello out there - My Name is Simon Bailey, i'am 43 years young and live in doncaster with my beautiful wife and daughter. Since i could walk i've been into fitness, sports , martial arts (Iam a 3rd dan black belt) and i love training outdoors in the woods (climbing,running, over coming all natural obstacles) . Running tough mudder is a great challenge and a great way to put into practice what i do each week in my outdoor natural trainning and its a great way to give to worthy charities too.

So what is Tough Mudder? It is a 12 mile obstacle course designed by the uk special forces to test and challenge the fears, fitness, stamina and tenacity of those taking part.

There are over 25 obstacles to complete - there will be mud galore, water jumps and swims - fire - skips full of ice which you have to go under - and ever electric shocks. This is not a walk in the park, not everyone finishes the course, it is a test of mental and physical toughness - but i hope to come back wearing the prized orange headband and t/shirt and raise as much cash as i can for my charity.

Please Help me go through hell and come out the other side bruised and battered but with the knowledge that with your donations i have helped a worthy charity.
