Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My good friend Saf recently completed the London to Paris bike ride, with the euphoria of completing it within a day of him returning , with his infectious persuasion, he has co ursed me into joining him to do the 2013 100 mile bikeathon in September , this course covers the same route used by last years Olympic cycling course and yes includes the infamous box hill climb !!! As an overweight ageing builder this for me will be a massive challenge and i will be enduring hours of grueling training bike rides together with the purchasing of pots and pots of sudocream !!!

On this basis I am asking you to dig deep and donate towards this fantastic charity and for the sadistic pleasure of knowing throughout sun wind and rain of training and on the actual challenge i will be hurting .

leukemia research is making fantastic progress into the cure of blood cancers , however the charity still needs the fantastic people like yourselves who sponsor the likes of me , so from the bottom of my heart I thank you for donating.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
