April 2nd 2011 is world autism day!!!!

to raise awareness and money to assist people with autism, I am undertaking a charity walk

This is to start at the River Thames - East India Docks and finish at Harlow Mill,Essex. I will be following the route of the navigational rivers Lea and Stort.

The route is approximately 30 miles and I will start and complete on 2nd April 2011 (without using taxi's or trains!!!)
