Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Those of you who know me will know the past two years have been hard and I'm running the Hull 10k to raise funds for the Cancer Research who helped to prolong the life of my father who died of cancer in May 2011.

I'm also running the Leeds 10k on behalf of the British Heart Foundation in the hope that more research and education will help to prevent untimely deaths like my younger brothers in October 2011.

Finally I'm running the York 10k to raise funds for Scarborough & Rydale Mountain Rescue Team.

Each of these events has a different page, it would be great if you could give something to all of them but anything to any of them would be really brilliant.
