Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Headcorn Scouts are planning to build a brand new building to replace the current hut which is hard to keep in repair and doesn't provide the facilities needed for an active group of scouts and explorers. On Saturday 11th October, we will walk the 'Saxon Shore Way', covering the shore as it was in Saxon times, all 168 miles of it. Clearly doing the whole lot in one day is a challenge and so it has been divided into 10 sections. I am walking about 12.5 miles from Upnor Castle on the Medway to  Otterham Quay near Upchurch.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: 1st Headcorn Scouts gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
