In memory of Debbie Waters
We support parents affected by cancer to help them create everlasting memories.

Story

Last year, my family lost a good friend, Debbie Waters. Debbie was an amazing lady, taken away far too soon.

Her 12-year-old daughter, Ellie, has been leading the fundraising at her school for the Leon Barnwell Foundation, a charity chosen by both Ellie and Debbie just days before her passing. In fact, in the week after her mummy died, Ellie, who had been elected charity rep, addressed the whole school to pitch the charity and carried the vote by a landslide. Ellie is an incredibly brave and strong girl trying to help others who find themselves in the same situation she did.

There is very little I can do to make this heartbreaking situation any better, however, helping to raise money for Ellie's chosen charity is a small gift to her and her wonderful Mum.

This one's for you Deb x
