During April, all five Simply Gyms will be focusing on
raising awareness and funds for Mind.

We have the ambitious target of recording 100,000km for Mind.

Whether you are running, rowing, cycling or climbing stairs,
we will be tracking the total distance everyone travels on our equipment. Each Simply Gym is looking to travel 20,000km in the month of April, so we reach our collective target.

If you want some help and want to bring friends and family
along with you to contribute then that’s no problem at all.
