The object of this exercise is to give back something to the people who diagnosed and thankfully swifted resolved my father-in-law's prostate cancer earlier this year. 

As many of you will know, the November/Movember tradition of late is aimed to raise money and awareness for/of prostate (and testicular) cancer.  Given the way this touched my family earlier in the year, I felt it would be nice to give something back. 

Hopefully the amusement that many of you will have at my expense, will make it worthwhile for you all as well.
