Hello and thanks for visiting our website. Well the walk was completed but some of us were not able to complete it all. It proved much tougher than we could have imagined. However Paul Coates did the entire 192 miles with support from us and others. He even got his photo in Nursing Times. The stones we picked up at St Bees were carried for the entire distance and they were dutifully thrown into the sea at in memory of our friend or brother David Pidduck who took his own life in October 2004 and who we still greatly miss.
