I am running the Langdale Half Marathon on Saturday 23rd October to (hopefully) raise some money for Asylum Link Merseyside. 

Asylum Link Merseyside assists Asylum Seekers and Refugees and raises public awareness around Refugee issues. It provides advice, food, clothes and much more. It is a safe space for Asylum Seekers and Refugees to meet, relax and find out about the community that they have been dropped into.  Based in L7, the work they do is brilliant and you can find out more about the work they do at www.asylumlink.org.uk/ 

This is my first ever race, and it's a hilly one, so any support is massively appreciated!
