On October 6th I'll be running the Chichester half for Children on the Edge because they provide safe spaces and a quality education to  more than 8,000 refugee children. I think that's a pretty good reason to dust off my trainers, hoist my leggings over my ever expanding waistline and ask my lovely family and friends to sponsor me.
