Hanging up the concert dress and donning a track suit...

I have decided to dust off my running shoes and take part in Run to the Beat 2014 to raise money for the amazing charity Help Musicians UK. Without Help Musicians UK I would not have been able to afford to study for my training to become an opera singer. Help Musicians UK support musicians of all ages in many different ways: from support with illness to care throughout retirement.

I will be travelling through South East Asia during most of my training time for Run To The Beat so prepare yourself for some interesting fitness and well being photos and posts from the likes of Bangkok, Yangon, Hanoi, Luang Prabang and Koh Phangnan!
