I will be taking part in Movember again this year as the Prostate Cancer UK charity is very close to my heart. However it's difficult to ask for sponsorship when all you're doing is growing a dodgy moustache to look like a 1970's Mexican porn star!!

So in addition I'll will be walking the South West coast path from Minehead to Poole over 30 days in November. That's a distance of 1,014 km or 630 miles or 1.2 million steps. I'll be doing the walk virtually i.e. I'll be walking every step but all of them in Cumbria!! I will update my progress throughout the month.
