Dave Warriner, media relations whizz and joker extraordinaire, sadly passed away in September 2013 to the great loss of his family, friends and colleagues.

Dave had only been employed at Southend-on Sea Borough Council for a relatively short period, but he made a great impact in that time and will be sadly missed by his work mates.

Dave’s family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Batten Disease Family Association.
