Our lead instructor Marion has been living with relapsing-remitting MS since 2008. Nordic Walking has been a huge factor in managing and relieving her symptoms.

MS is an unpredictable and incurable condition that affects people's nervous systems. It can attack suddenly or progress steadily, bringing a range of symptoms which can include sight loss, pain, incontinence, fatigue, balance issues and mobility problems. No one with MS can be sure when or how it will affect them next.

A lot of our team members have their own health challenges, ranging from diabetes and arthritis to Parkinson's and cancer. Completing a 10K will be a major achievement for all of us.
