Story
I am have been fundraising for Ty Hafan for a few years now. I have some close friend's that have received help from the hospice both currently and in the past. Us lucky ones will never know the extent of what they do, their work is invaluable.
I've manage to talk nearly 30 other lovely people into joining our three hour SPINATHON on October 16th to try and raise as many funds as possible.
Emily, Robin, Vernon and myself will be leading the class for 45 mins each bringing the high intensity super sweaty fun challenge to the village hotel Gym in Cardiff! Every penny counts!
