At SPPA, we believe we all need to look after our mental health.

That's why in 2022 we are proud to support the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) for the second year in a row. Look out for more information on our fundraising activities to help SAMH provide the invaluable services they offer to the people of Scotland.

Around since 1923, SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland. These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, sport and physical activity; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.
