On the 19th June 2011 Myself and 3 members of my family ran 10K for Macmillan Cancer. It was very tough as we have never taken part in an event like this before and had not had training. I now have a very painful ankle and huge blisters to show for it, but it was worth it! We managed all complete the race between 58mins - 1hr 10mins.

Macmillan is a great charity, the support they give to people living with Cancer and there famillies is invaluable! This charity is close to my heart as I have lost family members to Cancer.
