This December, the Stampede team is excited to be fundraising to support good causes in our community. 

The challenge:

We want to keep things local while giving ourselves a real challenge. And, as we’re based in Edinburgh we are doing the 7 Hills challenge. 

This challenge will see us take on 7 of Edinburgh’s most famous hills in one day - that’s over 14 miles and about 2200 feet of ascent! Braving whatever weather the wintery hills can throw at us.

How we want to support:

We’ll be raising funds for Cyrenians who have been doing fantastic work tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness. Our donations will support Cyrenian’s #ChangeTheStory of homelessness this winter.

Here’s what different donation amounts can do for Cyrenians:

£25 - Will help Cyrenians to take the first step by providing coffee and an hour’s support to build a relationship

£50 - Will help someone to eat well by supplying 5 emergency food parcels

£100 - Can turn accommodation into a new home, equipped with necessary household items
